1. What glitter is

Glitter is a virtual cosmetic balance. It is only used to acquire purely visual items (bobbers, for example) in the site or chat catalogue.

  • it has no monetary value and no game value: no effect on coins, winnings, turns or the chances of winning;
  • it cannot be transferred between players, converted into money, coins or prizes, or refunded in cash;
  • it cannot buy coins or any advantage, nor can anything else.

2. How it is earned

Glitter is credited indirectly by bits (1 glitter per 100 bits), subscriptions (10, 20 or 50 depending on the tier), gifted subscriptions (to the gifter) and, where offered, the "Glitter x10" channel points reward (an exchange of channel points). Bits and subscriptions go to Twitch or the channel under Twitch's rules; they pay for no gameplay advantage.

3. Refunds and disputes

Policy for cancelling item purchases and for disputes: cancellation possible on request within 14 days of the purchase, the glitter being credited back; after that, case-by-case review, with a recorded reason.

Any request is sent to [À COMPLÉTER].

4. Related data

Your balance, glitter history, owned items and equipped item are linked to your Twitch account. Retention: deleted on request, with an aggregated offsetting entry.
