1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of https://crowdarcade.app (the "Site"), published by Eden SASU, and of the features tied to the Crowd Arcade Twitch stream: browsing the cosmetic catalogue, signing in with Twitch and the player area.

Using the Site means you accept these terms.

2. Access and account

Browsing the Site is free. The player area and the purchase of cosmetic items require signing in with a Twitch account. The Site only reads your public identifier, display name and avatar, with no additional permission, and never keeps your Twitch token.

The Site does not create player profiles: a profile is created by your first participation in the stream chat. Until it exists, the player area stays empty.

3. Free of charge

Taking part in the game is free and requires no purchase. Twitch bits, subscriptions and gifted subscriptions only give glitter, which is purely cosmetic (see the glitter clause): they never give game coins, turns, priority or any advantage. You play only with Twitch channel points, earned for free by watching the stream; a channel points redemption that is not played is cancelled and the points are refunded by Twitch, including when a round in progress is interrupted.

4. Acceptable use

It is forbidden to:

• automate participation (bots, scripts) or use multiple accounts: only one account per person is allowed;
• bypass any technical limit or the game queue;
• disrupt the Site, the game simulation or the stream (overload, intrusion, mass scraping);
• use an unlawful, abusive or misleading display name or content.

In case of fraud or abuse, the publisher may suspend or exclude an account after a manual review.

5. Virtual items

Cosmetic items and glitter have no monetary value. They cannot be transferred, exchanged or converted into money, coins or prizes, and have no effect on the game.

Game coins, earned by playing, only track winnings. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or converted into money, channel points, prizes or any kind of benefit.

6. Availability

The Site and the game are provided as is, with no guarantee of continuous availability. The publisher may interrupt, change or stop them, notably for maintenance, without compensation.

7. Intellectual property

The Site, the game, their visuals and texts are protected. Twitch and its trademarks belong to Twitch Interactive, Inc.; this Site is not affiliated with Twitch.

8. Liability

The publisher is not liable for indirect damage related to the use of the Site, nor for outages of Twitch or of the host. Nothing here limits a liability that cannot be limited by law.
