1. Organiser
The Crowd Arcade game, streamed on Twitch (https://www.twitch.tv/crowdarcade) and available at https://crowdarcade.app, is organised by Eden SASU, SIREN 940 636 699, 200 rue de la Croix Nivert, 75015 Paris (the "Organiser").
2. Free of charge, no purchase necessary
Participation is entirely free and no purchase is necessary. In particular:
- no payment (bits, subscription, gifted subscription, any future purchase) credits game coins, turns, queue priority or any in-game advantage;
- payments only credit glitter, which is purely cosmetic, with no effect on physics, winnings, cooldowns or the chances of winning;
- taking part in the game goes only through Twitch channel points, earned for free by watching the stream;
- coins, items and glitter cannot be transferred between players or converted into money; no exchange, gift or marketplace exists.
3. Eligibility
To take part you need a Twitch account in good standing and the age required by Twitch. Minors take part with the authorisation of their legal guardian. Only one Twitch account per person is allowed: an account belongs to one natural person and cannot be lent, shared or transferred. Several people in the same household may take part, each with their own account.
4. How the game works
The participant plays by spending Twitch channel points on the channel's custom rewards: dropping coins on the coin pusher (choosing a column) or casting a line at the pond. The rewards offered depend on the game on screen, following a schedule published on the Site. Channel points are earned for free by watching the stream; they cannot be bought from the Organiser or converted into coins. Game coins are not used to play: they are only earned (coins that fall, items, fish).
Every drop on the pusher opens a turn: winnings that fall during that turn's window go to the participant concerned. Chance comes from the machine's physics and from the draw of catches.
The arcade also offers round-based games (arena, Cavale, Catapult, Platforms), played on the same schedule. To enter, the participant redeems channel points for the game's entry reward; in-round commands (for example !tir or !case) are free. Coin winnings depend on the round ranking and may be proportional to the channel points spent: these coins have no value, cannot be exchanged, transferred or converted into money, channel points or prizes, and only measure winnings. A round only starts with a minimum number of participants; otherwise it is cancelled (see article 5).
5. Exchanges not played
A redemption of channel points for a reward that cannot be played (queue full, game closed, end of a slot, excluded participant) is cancelled and the channel points are refunded by Twitch. The same applies when a round in progress is interrupted (end of a slot, game stopped, technical restart): the redemption is then marked cancelled and Twitch returns the points; no coins are awarded for a cancelled round. No code or proof of presence is requested.
6. Prizes
The game awards no real prize: winnings are virtual coins and items with no monetary value. Coins that are earned can only be spent at the prize shop, which, when open, offers only virtual cosmetic items: no effect on the game, no market value, not transferable and not convertible into money. Glitter is used only for the cosmetic catalogue (article 7).
No prize of value (physical goods, money, gift cards, subscriptions, etc.) is promised or awarded. If the Organiser decided to offer one, these rules would be completed and published before any award, with a description of the prize, its retail value, its conditions and delivery terms; until then no real prize can be obtained, neither for coins nor for glitter.
7. Glitter
Glitter is a non-refundable, non-transferable cosmetic balance with no game value; details are on the "Glitter clause" page.
8. Fraud and exclusion
Automating participation (bots, scripts), creating or using several accounts for one person and bypassing the game's technical limits are prohibited. There is no per-viewer participation cap; one account per person is still required.
The Organiser may refuse or withdraw a prize, cancel a participation or exclude a participant when it finds, or seriously suspects, the use of a bot, multiple accounts or any other fraud. The Organiser is the sole judge, based on the evidence available (participation history, regularity of actions, public information of the Twitch account). No exclusion is automatic: it is decided after a manual review. Terms:
- grounds: the decision states the kind of fraud found;
- notification: the participant concerned is told of it with the grounds, by Twitch private message or, failing that, as soon as they contact the Organiser; no ground for refusal is published in chat;
- appeal: the participant may challenge the decision within 30 days of notification, by writing to the address in article 10; the Organiser reviews the decision and replies within 30 days;
- no compensation: a refused or withdrawn prize gives rise to no compensation, financial or in kind; channel points committed to a cancelled participation are refunded by Twitch.
9. Personal data
The data processed for the game is described in the privacy policy.
10. Complaints
Any complaint (winnings, glitter, exclusion) is sent to [À COMPLÉTER], with the Twitch display name concerned. The Organiser replies within a reasonable time.
Refund and dispute policy on glitter: cancellation possible on request within 14 days of the purchase (glitter credited back); after that, case-by-case review, with a recorded reason.
11. Twitch
Twitch does not sponsor, endorse or administer this contest and is not responsible for it. This game is not affiliated with Twitch Interactive, Inc.
12. Changes and governing law
The Organiser may amend these rules or stop the game for a legitimate reason; the version in force is the one on this page (updated on 2026-10-28). French law applies.
