1. Data controller

2. Data processed

When you sign in with Twitch, the site only reads your public information:

• your Twitch identifier and login;
• your display name;
• the address of your avatar.

No additional permission is requested and your Twitch token is discarded as soon as this information is read. The game also keeps the history tied to your profile: coins earned, turns and winnings, the history of your channel points redemptions for rewards (reward, status, date, and the free-text input attached, for example the column number), fishing catches, glitter balance and history, owned and equipped cosmetic items.

The site collects no e-mail address, no postal address and no device fingerprint, and does not store IP addresses. The IP address is only used in memory, transiently, to rate-limit requests; the host may process it to deliver the site and keep it secure.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• providing the player area, the catalogue and the game (performance of the terms of use);
• showing you the history of your channel points redemptions, winnings and glitter in the player area (performance of the terms of use);
• preventing fraud and abuse, in particular bots and multiple accounts, and keeping for 90 days what is needed to examine a complaint (legitimate interest);
• enforcing the game rules and handling complaints (legitimate interest, legal obligations).

None of this data is sold or used for advertising.

4. Cookies

The site only uses cookies strictly necessary for it to work, with no advertising tracker or audience measurement:

• cp_session: your sign-in session (30 days), signed and unreadable by JavaScript;
• cp_oauth: the state of the Twitch sign-in in progress (10 minutes);
• NEXT_LOCALE: your preferred language (French or English).

The Twitch player is only loaded after you click the play button; Twitch may then set its own cookies, under its own policy.

5. Retention

Retention periods, by category:

• technical game log: 30 days;
• history of your channel points redemptions (reward, status, date): 90 days, the attached free-text input (for example the column number) being erased after 30 days; only global totals, unrelated to your account, remain afterwards;
• detailed winnings, fishing catches and game sessions: 90 days;
• rounds of the turn-based games (arena, Cavale, Catapult, Platforms: entry, ranking, hit points, damage, shots, winnings): 90 days, then deleted; only the balance totals needed for consistency remain;
• coin balance, glitter balance and history, owned and equipped cosmetic items: until you ask for deletion, with an aggregated offsetting entry for balances.

6. Recipients and transfers

Data is processed by the publisher, by the site host (Vercel Inc., which may involve a transfer outside the European Union under appropriate safeguards) and by Twitch for sign-in. It is not shared with any other third party.

7. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. Write to [À COMPLÉTER]: you will get an answer within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr) or your local authority.

An erasure request deletes your profile and history; the coins, glitter and cosmetic items attached to it are then lost, without compensation.
